A Princess Tail
Once upon a time, Princess Zoey Sparkle was the kindest princess anyone had ever met. She loved to dance, to help, and to do all sorts of magical princess stuff. She also had a secret: our princess had a tail.
A visit to the wizard was supposed to make that tail disappear. Instead it learned to talk, grew eyes, and asked for sandwiches. That mix-up is the heart of A Princess Tail — a children’s fairy tale by Uri Sperling, with illustrations based on work by Jodine Aidyl Suyko, inspired by Liv, Nina, and Aimee.
The stories
A Most Unusual Tale (2017) — Zoey hides her tail, the wizard says “hocus pocus,” and the tail becomes a hungry friend. When the whole kingdom finds out, it turns out they all wanted tails of their own.
A Tale of Many Tails (2026) — the wizard tries again, hundreds of tails appear, and Zoey has to bring everyone home. Forgiving is hard. Being kind is how the story ends.
